Scope: This Privacy Policy explains how Ignition MRO Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data under Thailand’s PDPA, fully enforced since 1 June 2022, and subsequent PDPC regulations/guidelines

Definitions (PDPA)

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identifiable person, directly or indirectly.

Sensitive Personal Data: e.g., health, biometrics, religion, criminal records (processed only under stricter conditions).

Data Controller / Data Processor / Data Subject: As defined under PDPA.

  • be informed; access; rectification; erasure; restriction; portability; object; and withdraw consent at any time. We will respond within PDPA timelines and document decisions.

Children’s Data

  • We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without appropriate consent and safeguards in line with PDPA.

Updates to This Policy

  • We may update this Policy and will post the latest version with an updated date on this page. Continued use of the Site indicates acknowledgment of the changes.
